Agency Mirakul was established on 15 October 2002 as a limited liability company at the Commercial Court in Šibenik. Agency Mirakul Adria established on 23. March 2016. as a limited liability company at the Commercial Court in Šibenik. Agencies Mirakul and Mirakul Adria are members of CCE - Croatian Chamber of Economy and hold a certificate of Ministry of Economy that they meet the requirements for mediation in real estate merket. Each agency employs a certified real estate agent with passedprofessional examination for real estate mediation. The Agency primary operates in mediation in cases buying and selling real estates, also provides other services related to real estate operations (eg. counseling and representation of foreign investors, etc.) in Dalmatia, with an emphasis on the Sibenik-Knin County. The agency operates according the croatian law of real estate mediation and the general terms and conditions. Also, the agencies are a co-signatory of the reale state ethic codex for real estate mediation.
