Pašman, Kraj, building land for sale, currently native olive grove, regular dimensions approx. 60 m x 13.2 m, surface area 796 m2 in an excellent location, only 200 m to the most prestigious sandy island beach "Tratica". The beach is equipped with showers, playgrounds for children and adults, and bars for socializing and fast food. There is a sports and fishing harbor right next to the beach.
