Oral sources say that Cippico wrote his famous novel "Spiders" right in this house. At the entrance to the house on the inner side of the hallway, there is a stone plaque saying "Here, Ivo Cippico wrote Spiders." However, no one knows who placed that plaque or when. Rich in culture, with exceptionally high-quality construction, the house is suitable for developing tourism. Nearby are a post office, school, bank, kindergartens, and shops.
