This area is highly attractive for tourism but also for a peaceful family life as it is located in a region surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, close to Krka National Park and the town of Skradin, and only 5 minutes from the highway exit. The terrain is of regular shape, flat with low vegetation, directly adjacent to an asphalt road, making it easily accessible for mechanization. Electricity is also available on the main road, approximately 50 m from the land, while the residents of this area draw water from natural wells (one such well on the land) or collect rainwater. In the near future, a public water supply network is planned for this area. The land is sold as a whole, it is not possible to divide it into smaller plots.
