The lower part of the house is an open space, where there is an open kitchen, dining room and fireplace, the bathroom and storage room are separate. The wide double front door can be opened with two wings (2.5 m), so even a small boat on a trailer can be stored in the house during the winter. The upper part of the house, reached by a circular staircase inspired by fishing, has three bedrooms, each with room for a large double bed. Each bedroom as well as the kitchen have an open view of the sea. The master bedroom also has bay views. The house has a new red brick roof and copper gutters. The roof also has a new PVC skylight.
