It is located in a tourist resort that is part of the town of Nin. From the house to the old town of Nina is a 10-minute easy walk by the sea. The house is divided into four apartments. Two hundred meters from the house is a beautiful sandy peninsula and it stretches over one kilometer, encircling almost the entire town of Nin. Near the peninsula is the famous Nin mud, which has healing properties. Its benefits and help in treating rheumatic problems are especially known.
