Old stone house in a row, located 2.5 km from the sea, famous beaches and bays on the south side of the island of Vis.It was built back in 1852, and a complete renovation was done in 2015.New windows and doors, new installations for electricity and water, and a new roof have been installed. The living area is 95 m2 and the house consists of a ground floor and two floors.On the ground floor there is a tavern and a toilet, and the external stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a covered terrace with a water tank, kitchen, dining room and living room.Internal wooden stairs lead to the second floor, where two bedrooms and a bathroom are located.The house has two entrances, on the north and south side, all the necessary infrastructure and direct access by car.
