We mediate the sale of 4 plots of land along the Danube in the village of Dalj, which make up a total of 18,738 m2. The land is located on the site of the former holiday resort of the Osijek Waterworks. It has an excellent micro-location as it is connected by an asphalt road and is situated near a Danube backwater, a railway, and a road. A project has been developed for a shipyard, or it can be used for a loading dock, a resort, a solar park, an LNG terminal for river vessels, and for the transshipment of liquefied gas. On one plot, which is recorded in the land registry as a house and yard, there are two marked foundations of 30x10m and 10x8m, making it possible to build on it. The parcel also includes two wells and a wine cellar.
