Island of Krk, Dobrinj, autochthonous house in the old center of Dobrinj. The house is in the nature of a two-story house at the end of a row, with a total area of 115m2. It consists of an entrance with a small terrace into the hallway from which you enter the kitchen and living room. From the same entrance area, stairs lead to the semi-basement, where there is a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, there is a smaller corridor that divides the two bedrooms. From the hallway on the first floor, a spiral staircase leads to an exposed terrace that extends over the entire surface of the house. The terrace is surrounded by a wall, and one part is surrounded by a new hand-forged fence. From the terrace there is an open permanent view of the sea and the bay of Soline. The house also has a separate entrance to the tavern / cellar. The construction between the floors of the house is concrete. The house is in excellent condition, well preserved and maintained. It has great potential both for living and for tourism. Dobrinj is the religious and cultural centre of the north-eastern part of the island and is mentioned in Glagolitic records dating back to 1100. Its rich cultural and ethnographic heritage has been preserved in the handful of museums, collections and galleries that can be visited there.
