Land not far from Zadar, surface area 25,330 m2 with an elaborate project for the construction of a Village Resort in the style of an old Dalmatian village. The land is located on the outskirts of the city of Zadar, along the Zadar-Ražanac road itself. The project was conceived as an eco-village where guests would enjoy the traditional riches and architecture typical of this climate, while at the same time having access to all the modern amenities that make their stay pleasant.
