The offer is a new prefabricated house located in a small town in the municipality of Lokve, in the heart of Gorski kotar. The house is a one-story house with a floor plan of 281 m2, located on a plot of 1,616 m2. The house has a garage and associated attic space, and the living part consists of a kitchen, living room, hallway, three bedrooms, wardrobe, two bathrooms, separate toilet and storage room. The house (floor) and sanitary water (300 l) are heated using a 16kW heat pump (Dimplex). Preparations were also made for the installation of 4 fan coil units for cooling. All household appliances are energy class A+. The basis of the wall and roof construction is made of wooden laminated beams, the external insulation is made of 16 cm of injected cellulose and 7 cm of Gutex panels, covered with an acrylic facade. A 12 kW solar "on grid" power plant has been installed on the house, which produces 120% of the electricity needed for the full functioning of the household. 20% of the surplus production is intended for charging the electric car. With this intervention, the house became completely energy independent and housing costs were reduced to an absolute minimum (only the costs of water, garbage collection and utility fees remain).
