Poljoprivredno zemljište ukupne površine 67.700m2 nalazi se na poluotoku Martinska, ispred samog Šibenika. Podijeljeno je u dvije parcele od kojih je jedna 47.179m2, a druga 20.218m2. Do zemljišta  se dolazi cestom preko šibenskog mosta, skretanjem na sporednu cestu koja vodi na poluotok Martinsku i kultno šibensko kupalište „ Jadrija“.Od te ceste vodi cesta do mora, do šibenskog zaljeva, blizu šibenskog mosta. Neposredno uz  tu cestu nalazi se ovo zemljište u podnožju brda Tusta, okrenuta pogledom na grad Šibenik, udaljeno od mora cca 200 m. Prije pola stoljeća  zemljište je bilo obrađivano kao maslinik i vinogradi.

To land leads the road over the Sibenik bridge, turn to the side road that leads to the peninsula Martinska and cult Sibenik baths “Jadrija”. From this road is a road leading to the sea, to Sibenik bay, close to the Sibenik bridge. Right next to the road there is this land at the foot of hill Tusta facing views of the city Sibenik, away from the sea about 200m. Half a century ago the land was cultivated as olive groves and vineyards.
