These structures are handcrafted and made from modular components that can be customized according to the customer’s wishes.
Modules, sized 4m x 3m with a height of 2.9m, can be adapted to all living spaces. Customizable carpentry (aluminum/PVC), kitchen elements with a sink (with optional design), bedrooms with fixed bed frames or without, and a fully furnished sanitary block (toilet, shower cabin, water heater, and other elements included). All electrical connections are also provided (outlets, lighting, AC connection) along with a water system. The floors are made of high-quality laminate.
Full functionality with TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION.
The rear walls, 17 cm thick, offer high-quality hydro and thermal insulation; mineral wool and styrofoam. The roof can be customized according to the customer’s preferences.
The main material is wood; from the outer structure to the inner walls, which are covered with ship wood (can be varnished and painted). The entire building is constructed based on ECO principles.
Modules can be connected in any number, allowing for the addition of a covered terrace.

Price per module square meter: EUR 900 / m³
The price of a single 12m³ module is EUR 10,800, and modules can be configured to form a fully functional apartment. Everything mentioned, including the assembly of the structure, is included in the price.
Construction time: One month per module (maximum time, often faster).
