The individual buildings are in the northern part of the plot, which is elevated, and by carefully positioning and designing the southern building below them, care was taken to leave the houses with quality views of the town and the sea, as well as sufficient sunlight. The residential building in the south is designed with apartments in a row. In addition to the ground floor, each apartment has a first floor and an attic as well as access to the field. To the north of each unit there are entrances, courtyards with an outdoor kitchen, and to the south are swimming pools and gardens. This layout and spatial disposition is not the maximum permitted construction, but the optimum for good space and market needs.
