Pula is a historical pearl located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. One of the city's most famous attractions is the Pula Arena, a well-preserved Roman amphitheater that is one of the largest and best-preserved in the world. The gastronomic scene of Pula offers an excellent combination of Istrian cuisine, enriched with fresh seafood and local ingredients. This two-bedroom apartment with a total area of 80 m2 is located right in Pula. At the entrance to the apartment, we are greeted by a hallway from which we have an entrance to the kitchen with a pantry and an exit to the covered terrace. Right next to the kitchen is the living room, which also has access to the terrace. In the same corridor there is a smaller guest toilet. After that I have a separate hallway that houses the bedroom which is currently being used as a second living room. In the second bedroom there is a double bed. Between the rooms we have a bathroom with a bathtub. The rooms are heated using a wood stove, but there is a gas connection as well as the possibility of connecting the central gas. The plan is to install the facade along with thermal insulation. The apartment has a 6 m2 storage room in the basement. The apartment is sold furnished with all necessary furniture. The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location and a sufficient number of parking spaces. The apartment is located not far from the sea, so it is possible to look in the direction of investment in tourism. Apartments in these locations offer proximity to all the accompanying facilities (kindergarten, school, clinic, shops...) with peace and escape from city crowds and stress.FOR ALL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND VIEWING, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME;+385 91 539 6446
