Vodnjan is a town in southern Istria, located just 8 km north of Pula, the largest city in Istria. Since ancient times, Vodnjan has been chosen as one of the places where villas were built for the powerful of the time. It is close to a road that is less than 2 km away from the Istrian Y, and at the same time 200 meters from the city center. The entire infrastructure is located at the very edge of the plot. A completely new steel sliding door would not be out of place, as would the partially resolved issue of electricity given the already existing solar power plant.
