The house is built in a typical Istrian style where the emphasis is placed on
the materials that were used to construct such houses long ago.
The house consists of an entrance hall, three rooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a kitchen pantry, a living room, a boiler room for central heating, and an additional storage room. There is an external storage area intended for the maintenance of the yard and the pool machinery.
The house also has an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue.
The roof is wooden with stone wool insulation, and the tiles are Istrian tiles.
The façade is a 10 cm thick demit that comes to the front in combination with
stone.
Underfloor heating is planned for the ground floor and the first floor.
Cooling is provided by air conditioners (in each room + living room).
The plot is 733 m2, and the living space measures 167 m2 net.
The dimensions of the pool are 8x4 m2, and the pool beach is covered with stone.
There is a covered parking area for two cars paved with cobblestones.
The entrance gate to the settlement is electric and remote-controlled.
The carpentry is wooden, both inside and outside.
The floors are ceramic, and the stairs are stone.
Railings and fences are made of wrought iron. The surrounding area is landscaped with grass and plants with irrigation.
The planned completion date for construction is 2024.
The house is fully furnished and completed with installed outdoor lighting.
