- the maximum construction coefficient - above-ground KigN=0.15;

---

- the maximum floor area of the building is 150 m2,

---

- the maximum utilization coefficient - above-ground KisN=0.30;

---

- the maximum height of the building E=Po/S and 2 floors, or V=7 m from the lowest point of the landscaped terrain next to the building to the upper edge of the eaves
