There is also a 5x3 m concrete house on the land for agricultural purposes. With minimal maintenance, the annual harvest varies between 3000 and 7000 kg of olives. Main reason for selling is lack of time. The land can be reached by a road that is connected to the main road and is only 3 km from the main road (part of the road is temporary).
