Building land for Sale

In a quiet part of the place of Ugljan, hamlet Fortoština, on the island of Ugljan, a plot of land of 888 m2 is for sale. The land is located in an excellent location, at a distance of about 1 km from the sea and the village center. The first floor of the future building will offer a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. According to the spatial plan of the Municipality of Preko, this land is located at the edge of the construction zone, which means that construction is not allowed on both sides of it, which ensures a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for the future owner. Also, according to the spatial plan, a larger part of the land with an area of 694 m2 is in the construction zone, and the second part, with an area of 194 m2, is outside the construction zone. The land is being sold as an investment with the consideration that the access road leading to the land is currently narrow, partially deviated from the cadastrally drawn road and thus inadequate for obtaining a building permit, but according to the Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Preko, its expansion and partial relocation is foreseen, and the owner of the already land submitted a request for the realization of the planned road, which request has not yet been granted.
