Fažana is a beautiful town located on the west coast of Istria, Croatia, known for its Mediterranean atmosphere and rich history. The land is a cultivated olive grove, which means that olives are grown on it, and the plot contains as many as 87 olive trees, which is an impressive number and indicates the potential for the production of olive oil and other olive products. There is an Istrian kažun on the plot. Kažunis are traditional Istrian stone houses that served as shelters for agricultural tools or as a place to rest during hard work in the fields. The land has access to the road, which facilitates transport and access to it.
