PBZ Nekretnine d.o.o. is company owned by Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and its aim is to give its clients a complete service relating to real estate and investment in business projects. Our services include property appraisals, selling and renting of all real estate types, real estate brokerage, construction financial and expert supervision, market analyses and other real estate consulting services. Our specialized teams consist of graduated civil engineers, architects, economists and lawyer – of which are seven court experts in the field of construction, therefore the high quality of service is guaranteed. The company is a member of the PBZ Group, an active member of the Real Estate Business Association of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and operates in full accordance with the Business Rules of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and Law on Real Estate Brokerage.
