Victory real estate agencija inovativna je tvrtka koju je osnovala Snježana Farkaš 2020 godine nakon dugogodišnjeg rada u očevoj tvrtci Marviss usluge. Do povlačenja u mirovinu, otac je pružao geodetske usluge te se je od malih nogu Snježana Farkaš učila o nekretninama, Katastru nekretnina, Zemljišnim knjigama a sve vezano uz vlasništvo nekretnina, Urbanizmu i prostornom uređenju. Uz oca i njegove savijete stekla je nemjerljivo iskustvo već i prije same odluke da će se jednog dana početi baviti prometom nekretninama. I tako je krenula tim vodama još 2000 godine.
